About Bamboozled

Bamboozled is shot deep in a bamboo grove, where tall green stems close in on every side and the ground is a carpet of dry leaves. Mia wears a turquoise bikini by Dyrsan and a gold necklace, and her waist-length braids fade from black to a bright lime green that matches the leaves around her. The colour is saturated and lush, all greens and warm skin tones.

Kyvias Moore keeps the camera close to the forest floor. Mia grips a bamboo stem and leans out, kneels among the leaves, looks back over her shoulder and crawls forward through the undergrowth, her braids swinging around her. It is a confident, sensual series about a woman at ease in nature.
