My name is Beata Legowska- Singh. I come from Poland. I graduated Spatial Planning and Real Estate Management. However there were some changes in my private life that contributed to my going abroad to Norway. Not knowing the language , i worked in a factory and at the same time i started learning Norwegian. After completing the Norwegian course i started working in a nursing home for the eldery. In my free time i began to need a break from hard and demanding work and that' s how my love for photography began i started photographing eldery people, architecture and nature.

My adventure with fashion photography began with participation in the Polish Talent Support 2021 competition, where i won second place among Poles in the International arena. In the following years i won first place in Polish Talent Support 2022 and distinction in Polish Talent Support 2023.

My style presents colorful and expresive styling. Appropriotely selected choreography that harmonizes with emotions and stimulates the imaginations.

I find inspiration for photography almost everywhere. I am a great observer of the world around me. Many ideas arise mainly in my head during my trips to various parts of the world.

In my photographic projects, styling and the details contained in it are the basis and the whole that unites the model, photographer, designer and showing a certain story in an interesting and attractive way so as not to bore the recipient but to leave them wanting more

I create a working mood board that helps me choose for example colors, jewelry and

accessories. This is my map where others can also propose their ideas. This is very practical, because it allows for many possible corrections during the process.

I remember one of my children's fashion photography portraits projects, where i had a background matched in nature to the colors of the girl's styling.Everything came out in a fairy tale version. The project was awarded in a national competition for its idea, compositions, styling and great cooperation with the child.

I belive that my composition skills in photos are very well thought out and refined.

I try to improve my technical skills all the time. These include full control over equipment, understanding of light and post- production skills.

I love portrait photography of children' s fashion. This is a very demanding challenge, because working with children is not easy. Patience and understanding communication with the child are important during such a photo session.

I didn' t have any major problems during photo sessions with models, but i think communication, good work, plan and listening to all parties in the project are very important to avoid conflict.

In a few years i see myself in my own photography studio, wchich will not only create fashion portraits, but also creative advertisements and short films for the client' s needs.

For beginners in portrait photography i recommend finding an interesting and creative topic. Refining every detail of the styling, working on the composition of the image and experimenting with choreography on set wchich is also a great form of fun and learning through mistakes. You can test your skills by taking part in photography compositions and exhibitions . I highly recommend it.
