About Focus on Lucrezia

Focus on Lucrezia is a black-and-white study in window light. Lucrezia Mori moves between a tall white window frame, sheer white curtains, a low bed and a dark wall, in three simple looks: an off-the-shoulder black dress with long sleeves, a white structured corset with black trousers, and the white curtain itself, wrapped around her as she sits on the window ledge.

Marco Allori keeps the frames intimate and unforced. A smile on the edge of the bed, arms crossed against a dark doorway, a backwards sit on a wooden chair, a look over a bare shoulder by the window bars. The tattoos on her arms and ankle, her dark bob and the bright curtains give each portrait a strong graphic contrast, while the mood stays soft and personal.
