I came across MSIS Tatao recently while researching civil society organisations in Madagascar, and I was genuinely impressed by the scope of their work. They focus on strengthening good governance, budget transparency, and citizen participation across the country. Their projects cover everything from training civil society groups and youth movements to monitoring public spending and improving education and environmental management. They have worked with communities on budget oversight, election observation, and even natural resource management through programmes like RINDRA, SCORE, and USAID Mikajy.
