Do you feel like you have a pretty good idea of who you are at this point in your career?
I do… but only because I’m not necessarily attached to any one category or style of work. My biggest commitment in all areas of my life is to my self expression and growth. I consider myself to be a very multifaceted person, so I’ve found that as long as I’m waking up every day and embracing the present version of myself, I’m exactly where and who I’m meant to be!
If you could say one thing to someone younger who looks up to you, what would you say?
My advice to someone younger would be: you already have all the answers inside of you; for the person you want to be, what you want out of life, etc.. You just have to be brave enough to commit to showing up for that person every single day. Let every choice you make be a reflection of the outcome you’re dreaming of. Anything is possible in this life, but you have to be committed to nurturing and growing that version of yourself.
Describe your perfect day off when you are not modeling?
As a bonafide morning person, I would have to begin my day off with pilates, followed by taking in my current read with an iced coffee. I feel the most myself when I’m out in nature, so I would definitely be dragging a friend out on a day trip to the mountains for some hiking, swimming, and a lot of snacking. Early on in the pandemic I purchased a film camera, so I would pack that along, as it’s become a newfound hobby. And no perfect day would be complete without quality time with my sweet niece!
