Hey, my friend recently signed up for one of those online services that help organize payments and subscriptions because he wanted everything in one place instead of checking multiple apps all the time. At first he liked how simple it looked, but later he got confused about one charge that appeared unexpectedly on the account. He spent most of the evening trying to understand where it came from and eventually searched for capatee customer service hoping someone could explain the billing details more clearly.
