A Creative Duo that Radiates Light and Emotion
“We don’t just create looks — we reveal how beautiful people become when they stop pretending.”
About the Duo
A creative partnership built on trust, intuition, and a shared sense of beauty.
Together, they blend light, emotion, and sincerity — transforming every story into a living portrait. Their art is not about perfection; it’s about presence. Each frame reflects honesty, harmony, and the quiet strength of connection.
How did your collaboration begin, and when did you realize your synergy?
It all started quite naturally — we had known each other for a while, yet hadn’t found the project that would truly connect us. Then came a small shoot that unexpectedly turned into something extraordinary.
From the very first moment, we felt our visions of beauty align, our attention to detail and sense of harmony resonating almost intuitively. There was no competition — only trust, mutual respect, and a shared love for our craft. That became the foundation of our creative partnership.
How would you describe your creative process — from idea to final frame?
Everything begins with a feeling.
We seek to understand the person in front of us — to capture what they wish to reveal, to uncover that inner truth they might not even notice themselves.
Elena enhances their natural beauty through makeup and styling, emphasizing essence without altering it, while Mira translates it into a story through her lens.
We discuss concepts in advance, but on set we remain open to light, emotion, and the moment as it unfolds.
That’s when the magic happens — when the shot becomes alive, authentic, and soulful.
How do you divide roles while maintaining a unified artistic vision?

We don’t separate the process into “yours” and “mine” — we complement each other.
Elena leads the look, makeup, and emotional preparation before the shoot.
Mira focuses on direction, light, and photography.
Each of us sees slightly differently, and it’s precisely this interplay that creates harmony.
We often joke that we see the same thing, just from different perspectives — and somehow, the final image always matches our shared vision.
Can you share a project that best illustrates your teamwork?
A particularly special project was with actress Lyanka Gryu, known for over forty roles in European and American cinema.
We weren’t chasing perfection — we wanted to show a real, soft, and living woman. The shoot happened spontaneously, on her last day before flying off to film another movie.
From the very first moments, magic filled the space: Lyanka conveyed new emotions in every frame — from tenderness to strength, from naivety to charisma.
We experienced that energy deeply, and it made the entire project feel alive, emotional, and unforgettable.
How do makeup, styling, and photography influence each other in your work?
We see them as parts of one language.
Makeup adds character and emotion; Elena brings out natural beauty and inner calm, helping the person feel themselves fully before the shoot.
Hair styling completes the look, connecting it with clothing and mood.
Mira captures the moment when everything aligns — when the image breathes.
When all these elements speak the same language, the photographs hardly need retouching — they already carry soul and truth.

Where do your ideas come from?
From life itself — from people we meet, nature, art, and quiet moments.
Sometimes a single image in our minds becomes the seed for an entire story.
Inspiration often arrives when we least expect it — and those are the moments when real magic happens.
How do you ensure every detail — from lighting to expression — feels cohesive?
We never rush.
Before the shoot, we discuss the atmosphere, location, and emotional rhythm we want to create.
During the session, we observe, adjust, and listen — trying to feel the person from within.
Our principle is simple: the frame doesn’t have to be perfect; it must be harmonious, alive, and honest.
This attention to feeling makes the process natural and effortless.
What is the challenge of working so closely as a team?
Perhaps that we’re both sensitive! (laughs)
We are perfectionists in our own way, often worrying about every small detail.
But this sensitivity allows us to see more deeply and trust each other.
Kindness and respect are always at the center — and everything else falls naturally into place.
How do you continue to grow creatively while maintaining your individuality?
We embrace change but remain authentic.
Curiosity and love for our craft guide us.
We don’t copy or chase trends — we create our own path.
Every shoot is a conversation, a feeling, and an experience.
As long as our work comes from sincerity, it will always stay true to who we are.

What is the atmosphere like on set when you create together?
Calm and full of energy at once.
We dislike chaos — we prefer flow.
Sometimes one glance is enough to understand what needs to happen next.
Everyone on set feels that warmth and quiet confidence, which helps them open up.
At times, it even feels like we’re reading each other’s minds.
What do you want people to feel when they see your work?
We want them to pause for a moment, breathe, and feel — to see how beautiful, alive, and real they are.
We want them to reconnect with themselves, to remember their own light.
If someone smiles and feels warmth after seeing our work, we know we’ve done it right.
What are your dreams for the future as a creative duo?
To keep creating.
To collaborate with inspiring people and tell authentic stories — uniting makeup, styling, photography, and cinema into a single visual language.
One day, we dream of publishing a book about our journey — about women, the soul, and light.
Above all, our mission is to create with love and remain true to ourselves — letting our art speak softly, sincerely, and from the heart.
“We believe that true beauty isn’t makeup or lighting — it’s a state of the soul. And we simply help people remember it.”
