I had an experience with Shopakira's customer service that was quite disappointing. The representatives were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue, which left me feeling frustrated, for customer service contact visit https://shopakira.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html . Additionally, the lack of clear communication regarding my order status added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I expected a more attentive and helpful approach, especially given the quality of their products.
