Sourced https://stitch-fix.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html additionally, the resolution offered did not adequately address my concerns, making the entire process feel unprofessional. Overall, I expected a higher level of service from a company that prides itself on personalized styling. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to continue using their services in the future. I had an experience with Stitch Fix's customer service regarding my footwear and clothing order, and I must say it was quite disappointing. The response time was slower than expected, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. When I finally received assistance, the representative seemed uninformed about my specific issues, which only added to my dissatisfaction.
