About Energy Move

Energy Move is shot against a crumbling brick wall marked with white graffiti, a sun face and a heart. The look is bold and graphic: a strapless red satin bustier worked with roses, black trousers, a black beret, layers of pearls and gold chains, heavy gold cuffs and red platform heels, with black lipstick and pink eye makeup.


Marcio Silva lets movement carry the series. Black tulle whips through the air and sweeps across the frame as the model lifts a knee, crosses the arms over the head and reaches up against the wall, while close portraits under the beret hold a steady, direct gaze. Hard flash and warm brick tones give it raw energy.
