About Iwona Beauty

Iwona Beauty is a studio portrait built around the tools of the makeup artist's trade. Against a soft grey backdrop, the blonde subject, with a sleek bob, wears a black oversized blazer, a black crop top, black lace flared trousers and strappy heels, holding makeup brushes in both hands, lifting a pink compact and brush to her cheek, and perching on a tall stool and on a black director's chair.


Beniamin Kosior then changes the mood with a spotlight: a white circle on a dark wall throws her shadow beside her as she poses in a bright pink top tied at the shoulders over a burgundy skirt, holding a fan of brushes over a table of cosmetics and crouching inside the pool of light in black ankle boots. Confident and polished, the series celebrates the craft behind the makeup.
