I had an experience with Shein's customer service regarding an issue with my footwear order, and I must say it was quite disappointing. The response time was slower than expected, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. When I finally received a reply, the information provided was vague and unhelpful, which only added to my dissatisfaction, also find customer service contacts at shein customer service . Additionally, the representatives seemed untrained and unable to address my concerns effectively. While I appreciate the variety and affordability of Shein's products, the lack of efficient customer support significantly detracts from the overall shopping experience. I hope they can improve their service to match the quality of their offerings.
