UNSEEN POWER is a fashion editorial photographed by Marco Franco with model Liang Jiang, wearing designs by Marco&Maria, published as one of the twenty editorials in MALVIE MAIN ISSUE 72, the 190-page, perfect-bound November 2026 main issue of MALVIE Magazine. In the team's words: "UNSEEN POWER explores the strength that exists beneath the surface — the invisible force that emerges when vulnerability becomes power. The editorial portrays women as beings of contrast: delicate yet powerful, exposed yet untouchable, silent yet impossible to ignore. Through sculptural silhouettes, dramatic textures and a raw visual language, the body becomes a space where inner strength takes physical form."

About Unseen Power
Unseen Power moves between two moods. Against a painted backdrop of smoky clouds, Liang Jiang wears a gold-sequinned gown with a sheer tulle cape that sweeps out as she balances on one bare foot, sits on a reflective floor or raises her arms over her face, while a black lace column gown and a backless black dress with a jewelled choker by Axé Materia bring the darker side of the story.
In warm amber light, Marco Franco turns the model into a blur of overlapping exposures, two or three versions of her moving at once, so that the body feels less fixed and more like a presence. Styling by Yulia Hryshchuk and makeup and hair by Jesus Beltran keep the focus on the sculptural silhouettes and the raw, textured light.
