About Beetween light and shadow

Beetween light and shadow opens in colour, with Elodie Lassus washed in magenta, red and electric blue light, before moving into black and white. In the studio she wears simple black pieces, a fitted long-sleeved top, a slim camisole and dark jeans, so that the light itself becomes the styling.


Arijet Kabashi lets the shadows shape each frame: a hand drawn across the jaw, arms raised behind the head, a profile half lost in darkness, and a close crop of lips, fingers and rings. The series stays intimate and still, built on gesture and contrast.
