About Elegance Is Timeless

Elegance Is Timeless begins in strict black and white. Against a backdrop split between darkness and pale light, Sindi Kuci wears a design by Greta Oxa: a white cropped jacket with black satin shawl lapels and long cape panels that fall to the floor, a high-waisted white skirt with a slit and long black gloves. Side light carves the white fabric and leaves half of her face in shadow.


The second half moves close to the face on a white background. Her hair is slicked back into a bun with a single sculpted curl laid on the forehead, the cheeks are flushed with rose blush and the lips are a deep, glossy red-plum. Bare shoulders, a black lace bandeau and a final crop of lips, neck and collarbones keep the series spare, graphic and calm.
