About Mia
Mia leads Miamore deep into a green glen of sandstone walls, moss and fallen trees. In a terracotta off-the-shoulder dress with a ruffled hem, she leans against the rock, lies back on a mossy boulder and turns her face up to the light that breaks through the leaves, barefoot on the stones of a shallow stream.
Mark Allen then changes the mood: a flowing ivory gown, worn on a rock ledge and among the white water of a small waterfall, as the model kneels and reclines in the spray. Warm earth tones and soft summer light make it a calm, romantic portrait of a woman at ease in the wild.
