Please briefly tell us about your background. Who is Olga Vinogradova?
Hello! My name is Olga, I'm a photographer from Russia. Now I mainly work in the fine art direction, and sometimes I work on the sets of films, TV series, and music videos. I have been working as a photographer for more than 10 years...
As the expert you are, what are the unique features of this kind of photography and the keys to master it?
As I wrote above, I prefer the fine art genre in my works. This series can also be attributed to it. The peculiarity of this genre is that you can create, make unique images, combine incongruous - there are no limits for your fantasy!
What is the secret for an image to become unforgettable?
For me, it's always trying to create and bring something of my own. Of course, you need to learn from the work of masters, be inspired by them, try to repeat some techniques - but do not duplicate them, always approach each work with imagination. And of course, putting your heart into - it is always obvious in the work, even if it was made by a novice photographer.

How hard has it been to establish yourself in the industry and what are some of the largest things you've faced?
When I started working, it was still a very undeveloped industry in our country - there were almost no photo studios, photo schools, masters from whom I could study new technics ...Over time, everything developed - and it became easier to "be a photographer"
What do you think the biggest misconception about you is?
I can say for sure - not only about myself, but also about photographers in general, and other freelancers. The biggest misconception is that working in this sphere is easy. No, that's not true at all. This area requires a lot of self-organization and a lot of work!
What is the best piece of advice you've ever gotten and do you follow it?
A colleague once told me that the narrower your field is and the more expert you are in it, the more

demand there will be for you. Recently I myself came closer to this idea and conclusion - that everyone should do their own thing, pay maximum attention to it... That's why I've been trying to delegate some household tasks to other specialists - for instance, I take taxi, use delivery service, cleaning, in order to be able to devote my time to my profession and development in it
If you could say one thing to someone younger who looks up to you, what would you say?
"You can do everything!" It's true. Now is the time of maximum opportunities! If you try hard, and not be afraid to do and make enough effort - everyone can do anything now!
What are your goals for the near future and do you have any exciting projects you want to share with us?
Yes, now we are working on two very interesting projects at once - with complex makeup, one with water, and the other - even underwater!

Your insight that 'the narrower your field is and the more expert you are in it, the more demand there will be' is a powerful philosophy that applies across many sectors. In our specialized field of electrical connectivity, this principle guides our focus on developing highly specific solutions like ring terminals for demanding industrial applications.
Olga’s point about approaching each project with imagination really resonates. I recently found Nate Hand Gesture, a browser-based psychological horror visual novel whose dialogue choices and multiple endings make that same sense of experimentation feel interactive.
Olga’s perspective on combining incongruous ideas and putting your heart into each image really resonates. I’ve been exploring playful timing-based projects too, and CoreBall JP is a fun example of how simple rules can reward patience and imagination.
The interview’s emphasis on imagination and craft is a thoughtful reminder that creative work grows through curiosity. For readers exploring more interactive stories, KillerChat.net offers a browser-based horror experience with chatroom and psychological themes.
Loved this feature on Olga Vinogradova! For anyone into narrative-driven browser games, I'd also recommend checking out Class of '09 Online - a fun dark-comedy visual novel demo.
