About Soft Dynasty

Soft Dynasty is built on a few quiet elements: a pale grey wall, a blush-pink chiffon slip dress with thin straps and tier upon tier of soft ruffles, and a black folding fan worked with gold flowers. The dark hair is pulled up into a high bun, with loose strands falling around the face, and the make-up stays fresh, with rosy lips and cheeks.

The fan carries the series. It opens beside the face, rests closed against a shoulder, is held across the chest like a shield and hangs from the fingers at the hem of the dress. Between standing poses the model crouches low against the wall, looking back over her shoulder, and the even, cool light keeps every frame soft and calm.
